This Privacy Policy explains how Weber Consulting LLC (dba FundReady / Rich With Web), 210 Auburn Ave NE Apt 506, Atlanta, GA 30303 · contact@weberconsultllc.com · 470-661-1218 ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use https://getfundready.vercel.app ("FundReady").

Information we collect

  • Contact details: first and last name, email address and mobile phone number.
  • Intake answers: your answers about your credit, accounts, income, goals and business (entity, age, EIN status, banking, revenue and similar).
  • Optional credit report upload: if you upload a credit report, it is analyzed in memory only to generate your report and is not stored on our servers after processing.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number; Square handles it under its own privacy policy.
  • SMS consent: whether you opted in to receive text messages, and when.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs such as browser type and IP address.

How we use it

  • To generate and deliver your FundReady report by screen, email and (if you opted in) text message.
  • To store your contact record and results in our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) so we can provide support, follow-up, account updates and, where permitted, educational tips and offers.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and improve our service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate FundReady (such as Square for payments, GoHighLevel for CRM and messaging, our hosting provider, and AI processing used to read an uploaded report), and when required by law.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

If you opt in to text messages from Weber Consulting LLC (FundReady), we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or contact contact@weberconsultllc.com / 470-661-1218.

Text messages

Data retention and security

We keep contact and intake records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

FundReady is not intended for anyone under 18.
