These Terms govern your use of FundReady, operated by Weber Consulting LLC (dba FundReady / Rich With Web), 210 Auburn Ave NE Apt 506, Atlanta, GA 30303 · contact@weberconsultllc.com · 470-661-1218. By using the site or purchasing a check, you agree to these Terms.

The service

FundReady is a paid ($4.99) self-serve educational readiness assessment. Scores and any estimated funding ranges come from our own rubric and are estimates only. FundReady is not a credit report, credit repair guarantee, loan, loan offer, or guarantee of approval or funding. We never pull your credit.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Square. Because reports are delivered instantly as a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable; contact us if there is a problem with your report.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to only upload reports that belong to you.

SMS Program Terms

  • Program name: FundReady Alerts.
  • Sender: Weber Consulting LLC (doing business as FundReady).
  • Program description: Customers and leads who opt in receive text messages about their FundReady credit and funding readiness report, account updates, appointment reminders, and credit/funding tips and offers.
  • How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our intake form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message types: report delivery, account updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP, or contact us at contact@weberconsultllc.com or 470-661-1218.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Messages are educational and are not a guarantee of approval or funding.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weber Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any lending decisions made by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
